Scope of Service and Geographic Limits
Glidedart specializes in providing decorative items for interior enhancement. Our operations are strictly confined to the Republic of Singapore.
We do not accept orders or facilitate deliveries to addresses outside of Singaporean borders. All interactions, transactions, and logistical arrangements are governed by the local laws of Singapore.
Order Placement and Shipping Timelines
We prioritize a clear and efficient fulfillment process. Once an order is confirmed, our team requires 2 business days for internal handling, which includes quality inspection, packaging, and preparing the item for dispatch.
Following this period, the logistics phase begins. The standard delivery timeline for reaching your doorstep is 3 business days. Therefore, the total time from order confirmation to receipt is typically 5 business days.
Payment Policy and Transparency
To ensure a straightforward transaction experience, Glidedart operates exclusively through a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We collect the full payment at the time of delivery at your specified address.
We maintain a policy of total transparency regarding costs; there are no hidden charges, and we do not apply any shipping costs to your order. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can shift. You may request an order cancellation at any time while the product remains within our facility.
However, once the item has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes. At that stage, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled.
Return and Exchange Protocol
Glidedart provides a 30-day return policy, which commences on the date of delivery. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a product is received in a damaged state or if the incorrect item was delivered.
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email support@glidedart.com immediately.
- Collection: We will arrange a pickup of the item from your location at no cost to you. We bear the full responsibility for logistical fees in these specific cases.
- Inspection: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 24 hours to assess the condition.
- Resolution: If the damage is confirmed or the error is validated, we will arrange a replacement. In cases where the item is unavailable or the damage cannot be rectified, we provide a full refund.
- Restocking: We do not apply any restocking fees for returns processed under these conditions.
Refund Procedure
Since we operate on a COD basis, we do not possess your banking information at the time of purchase. If a refund is approved following our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank details .
Refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfers. Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider’s processing times.
Change of Mind Policy
We encourage our customers to select their decorative pieces with certainty. Glidedart does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests resulting from a change of mind or personal preference shifts after the purchase.

User Conduct and Intellectual Property
All content on the Glidedart website, including images of decorative items, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of the company. Users are prohibited from reproducing or using this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Glidedart is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item in question.
