Glidedart operates exclusively within the Republic of Singapore. Our logistical network is optimized for local distribution, ensuring that every decorative piece is handled with professional standards from our facility to your doorstep.

We do not offer international shipping or cross-border logistics at this time. By focusing solely on the Singapore market, we maintain a high level of oversight over the movement of our products.

Processing and Packaging Timeline

Every order placed with Glidedart undergoes a specific internal handling phase. We require 2 business days to prepare your order for dispatch. During this window, our team performs a quality check on your selected decorative items, ensures they are packaged securely to prevent damage, and generates the necessary documentation for our logistics partners.

This internal period is essential for maintaining the integrity of the items before they leave our possession.

Transit and Delivery Schedule

Once the initial processing phase is complete and the item is handed over to our local courier partners, the transit phase begins. The delivery timeline for addresses across Singapore is 3 business days.

When combined with our internal handling time, customers can typically expect their decorative pieces to arrive within a total window of 5 business days from the initial date of order confirmation. We work with reliable logistics providers to ensure these timelines are met consistently.

Payment and Cost Transparency

To provide a straightforward experience for our customers, Glidedart operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means that the full payment for your order is collected by the delivery personnel at your doorstep. In alignment with our commitment to transparency and Google Ads policies:

  • No Shipping Fees: We do not charge any shipping or delivery costs. The price you see on our website is the final amount you pay.
  • No Hidden Charges: There are no additional fees, taxes, or surcharges added during the delivery process.
  • Payment Collection: Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier at the time of arrival to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Order Tracking and Communication

While we operate on a COD basis, we maintain open lines of communication regarding your delivery status. Once your order moves from the packaging phase to the dispatch phase, we will notify you via the contact details provided.

Our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday , to answer any specific queries regarding the location of your parcel or the estimated arrival time at your Singapore address.

Cancellation During Transit

As stated in our terms, you have the right to cancel an order while it remains within our facility during the 2-day processing period. However, once the decorative item has been dispatched and is with our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed.

Since we do not charge for shipping, we ask that our customers are certain of their purchase before the item leaves our warehouse to avoid unnecessary logistical movement.

Delivery Protocol

Our couriers are instructed to deliver the items directly to the recipient at the provided address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our partners will typically make a second attempt or contact you to reschedule.

Because we collect payment at the doorstep, a person must be present to receive the item and complete the transaction.
